We don’t offer one-size-fits-all, but we do offer fair, transparent compensation.
In our commission-based projects, 70% of the total billing is allocated to the consultant as compensation. Additionally, a base salary of €3000 is provided during periods when you are not actively working on a project. We also provide sick leave and vacation time, which is calculated based on average billable hours.
Our fixed-salary projects allocates 50–55% of the total billing to compensation. Consultants receive the same salary even when not assigned to a project. This model also includes sick leave and vacation time.
Prefer billing with your own company? No problemo. While freelancing, you have access to the same project opportunities as our employees.
