Commission based
In our commission-based model, 70% of the total billing is allocated as compensation for the consultant. Additionally, a base salary of €3000 is provided during periods when you are not actively working on a project. We also provide sick leave and vacation time which is calculated based on average billable hours.
Fixed salary
Our fixed salary model allocates 50-55% of the total billing for compensation. Consultants receive the same salary even when not assigned to a project. This model also includes sick leave and vacation time.
Freelancer
As a freelancer you have access to the same project opportunities as our employees. A 15% service fee is applied, allowing you to retain 85% of the total billing. We also provide HR services and a supportive community for our freelancers.
